Leok rulez in Holgerlingen
The 6th round of the german highest championship ADAC MX Masters took place in Holzgerlingen near Stuttgart. Every year Holzgerlingen is one of the highlights in the german MX scene. Perfect organization, a few thousand spectators, a wonderfull race track and awesome race action are the guaranty for real MX at ist best.
The overall victory went to Aigar Leok (1/1/1) on his 250 two-stroke Kosak KTM. He dominated all the three races easily and smooth. After some laps he pulled away from the other partizipants in each race. It doesn’t matter if the conditions were dry like in the first two races or muddy like in the third, Leok had everthing under control.

Aigar Leok won all 3 heats with a 2-stroke KTM
Sensational was the performance of Collin Dugmore, also on a 250 two-stroke bike. The 37 years old sunnyboy finished 2nd overall (2/3/4) and showed really great speed and great physical condition. After his injuries this year Dugmore is becomming stronger and stronger towards the end of this 2005 season.

Collin Dugmore is in a brillant shape and finished 2nd overall.
The last place on the podium went surprisingly to Dimitriy Parshin (4/8/2). Nobody respected the young russian in such a good shape.
Champioship leader Ken de Dyker (3/5/13) on his Sarholz – Honda was, especially in the 2nd and 3rd moto, a disappointment. Fighting for the victory in the 2nd moto against Leok and Lauris Freibergs, de Dyker lost some speed towards the end of the race so he got passed by Dugmore, Nagl and Turpin back to back. Good for the fans because this battles were awesome and great race action. In the third heat de Dyker had a bad start. After he had passed some riders and was in about 11th position it seemed the race was over for him. Finally he finished 13th.

Ken de Dyker defended successful his DMX championship leadership
Bad luck for Max Nagl (11/3/11). After a middle-rate start in heat one Nagl crashed in the first lap. From nearly last position Nagl fought back to 11th till the chequered flag went down. In the 2nd heat Nagl had a close battle with Dugmore almost over the whole race distance. Finally Dugmore did it. Third heat was like a copy of the first. Middle-rate start, crash in lap one and so Nagl finished again in 11th place. In the championship table Nagl lost his 2nd place to his teammate Aigar Leok and is now in 3rd position.

Marcus Schiffer was fast but crashed too often.
Upcoming star Marcus Schiffer (8/7/14) had bad luck, too. In the first heat he showed good speed and his style looked typical aggressive. For some laps he held the 2nd place, but after two crashes he finished 8th. Bad starts and further crashes brought him a 7th and a 14th place in the following races, not his true potential for sure. Young German Alex Heu (10/9/DNF) and the new german open champion Daniel Siegl (DNF/6/9) rode well but finished only two of the three races. Mentionable is, of course, the result of Skatty Bihlmaier. In the last, muddy race he finished in 7th. The best result so far in about 20 years of MX for the likeable rider from the MSC Gailldorf.
