On the 17th and 18th of April 2010 the NIGHT of the JUMPs comes back to Austria. For the 10th anniversary the series will enter the Grazer Stadthalle. And for the first time ever in Austria there will be a pre qualification for the contest. 10 international top riders will fight for the last 6 places in the field of riders.
The Freestyle Motocross scene has never watched forward to Graz with this curiosity. For the first time there will be a qualifier for a NIGHT of the JUMPs in Austria. There are 6 seeded riders, which not need to go thru the qualifier. With Jose Miralles (ESP), Brice Izzo (FRA), Brody Wilson (USA), Petr Pilat (CZE), Rob Adelberg (AUS) and Martin Schenk (AUT) the most exciting riders of last and this years World Championship as well as the local hero are seeded.

The other six places at the NIGHT of the JUMPs will be fought out by 10 international FMX-pilots. And the field of qualifiers is a little World Championship itself. The best African rider Alastair Sayer will try to qualify as well as the Belgian FMX-hero William van den Putte. The German Champion of 07 and 08 Hannes Ackermann and the current Champion Freddy Peters will also fight for a place. The upcoming French star David Rinaldo and the elder one of the Izzo brothers Romain will show their unbelievable Backflip skills, too. Also the Czech Martin Koren and the Whipmaster Lukas Weis from Germany are in the box for the Try-Out. The field will be round up by the hungry Germans Stefan Bengs and Kai Haase.
The qualification in front of the IFMXF Judges will take part on the 16th of April, but can not be watched by spectators. The official NIGHT of the JUMPs will start on the 17th and 18th of April with a field of 12 riders.
